What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm.

Do I need an appointment?

We are a walk-in business. The only time an appointment is necessary is for a custom breast form scan.

What should I bring with me?

We will need a copy of your insurance card and a current prescription for the products you are requesting.

How often to I need a prescription?

A new prescription is required annually. Prescriptions can be faxed directly to us at 410-843-2068.

Do I have to pay up front for products?

We participate with most insurance companies. Money due at the time of service would be related to upgrade fees, should you choose bras more expensive than what your insurance allows.

Are the bras free from my insurance company?

We do not use the word "free". The patient's responsibility depends solely on the specifics of their insurance policy. We have a selection of bras (our CLASSIC Collection) that are within the insurance allowable, therefore no money is due at the time of service. However, if you have a deductible that has not been met for the year or an assigned copay per your policy, you will receive a bill from us when the explanation of benefits arrives.

How will I know if I am eligible for products?

Insurance companies have a specified number of products allowed with set billable amounts. Women with any asymmetry after a breast cancer related surgery are eligible for products annually, as long as a prosthesis is required.

How do I know if I have a deductible to be met or an assigned copay?

We highly recommend calling your insurance company prior to your visit and asking them two questions:

1- Do I have a deductible to be met and if so, what is the balance

2- Do I have an assigned copay for D.M.E. (Durable Medical Equipment), and if so what percent am I responsible for?

Do you have swimwear?

We carry a variety of pocketed swimwear to support breast prosthesis from our favorite manufacturers. Swimwear is not billable to insurance.

What is the difference between a copay and an upgrade?

A copay is an amount that is assigned by your insurance company that the patient is responsible for.

An upgrade is an amount that is not billable to the insurance company, therefore the patient is responsible for.

How and when will I receive my products?

We keep a well-stocked fitting room and try to send our customers home with products they can start using right away. Sometimes we need to order special requested items or sizes, in which case we offer three options to get the products to you:

-USPS with a small mailing fee

-Free Drop Ship (if provided by manufacturer)

-In store or Drive up pickup

An upgrade is an amount that is not billable to the insurance company, therefore the patient is responsible for.
